These Terms of Service explain what My Peri Pal is, what it isn't, and what you can expect from working together. Written in plain language because transparency builds trust — and trust is the foundation of everything I do.

 

Please read these before signing up. By using my services, you are agreeing to these terms.

 

1. Who I am

My Peri Pal is a peer support and navigation service for women in perimenopause, founded operated by Kellie McTammany through Midlife Bloomin LLC, Fort Collins, Colorado. I provide 1:1 peer support sessions, symptom tracking guidance, healthcare appointment preparation, asynchronous check-ins, and curated resources and referrals.

 

2. What My Peri Pal is NOT — please read carefully

My Peri Pal is peer support — not medical care. As your Peri Pal, I am not a doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, therapist, psychologist, or any other licensed medical or mental health professional. I do not prescribe, supply, or recommend specific medications.


Nothing I say, suggest, share, or provide constitutes:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • A prescription or recommendation for any medication or supplement
  • A substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider
  • Mental health therapy or counseling

 

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

 

3. Mental health and crisis situations

Perimenopause can bring depression, anxiety, and darker thoughts. If you share something suggesting you may be in crisis, I will take it seriously, connect you with appropriate crisis resources, and encourage you to reach out to a qualified mental health professional.

 

My Peri Pal is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

 

4. Your responsibilities

By working with me, you agree to:

  • Be honest and accurate in the information you share
  • Continue working with your healthcare providers — I am an addition to, not a replacement for, your medical care team
  • Make your own informed decisions about your health — I provide information and support, never directives
  • Treat me with respect (I will always do the same for you)
  • Keep session content confidential
  • Notify me if your needs exceed what peer support can provide

 

5. Payments

The Founding Circle investment of $350 is due in full at enrollment and is non-refundable. If you have concerns about committing, I encourage you to book a free Compatibility Call first — that conversation will tell us both whether this is the right fit.

 

6. Scheduling and attendance

  • Sessions scheduled by mutual agreement
  • 24 hours notice for cancellations appreciated when possible
  • Life happens — I will always work with you on flexibility
  • Sessions can be held virtually, rescheduled, or replaced with async check-ins when needed — what matters is your experience, not the calendar

 

7. Confidentiality

What you share with me stays with me. I do not share your personal information, health details, or session content without your explicit consent — except if required by law or if I believe there is immediate risk to your safety or someone else's.

 

I may ask for your testimonial at the conclusion of our work together — always optional, always requiring your explicit written consent.

 

8. Intellectual property

All original content created by My Peri Pal is owned by Midlife Bloomin LLC. You may use materials shared with you for personal use only.

 

9. Limitation of liability

I provide peer support services in good faith and with genuine care. I cannot guarantee specific health outcomes. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

 

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The most recent version will always be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

 

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.
